According to the ADR research, 29 of the 30 current chief ministers are crorepatis, with Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal being the lone exception and having a total net worth of ₹15 lakh.
According to the ADR report on 30 chief ministers of India, Kejriwal and Nitish Kumar each have assets worth more than 3 crores.
According to the ADR, 29 (97%) of the 30 CMs examined are crorepatis, and each CM has an average asset value of 33.96 crores. Out of the 30 CMs, 13 (43%) have declared significant criminal cases, including those involving murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, and criminal intimidation, according to the ADR report.
According to the ADR, the top three chief ministers in terms of wealth are Naveen Pattnaik of Odisha (over 63 crores), Pema Khandu of Arunachal Pradesh, and Jagan Mohan Reddy of Andhra Pradesh (over 510 crores). The three chief ministers of states with the lowest disclosed assets are Manohar Lal of Haryana (over ₹1 crore), Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal (over ₹15 lacks), and Pinarayi Vijayan of Kerala (over ₹1 crore.
