A pre-wedding photo shoot is a concept by which an arranged couple looks like a couple who have been in immense love for many years. Almost all couples go for a pre-wedding shoot nowadays. This trending pre-wedding photo-shoot can be harmful for girls’ future, said Dr. Kiranmayee Nayak, Chairperson of the women’s panel, Chhattisgarh.
After handling so many cases and observing them deeply, Dr. Kiranmayee Nayak made a statement saying, “pre-wedding shoots are dangerous for the future of girls and it’s not a part of our culture.” Recently she heard a case in which a groom broke a marriage one day before the ceremony. Then the bride’s side asked for the return of the amount they had spent on her daughter’s wedding. Firstly, the groom’s side refused, but then, after the interference of the commission, they did return the money and the commission also asked them to return and delete the photos of the pre-wedding shoot.
Such photos can be harmful for a girl as they can be used for blackmailing purposes. One can click as many photos as you want after marriage, but the pre-wedding shoot can be problematic.
