Pragathi Attluri is the co-founder of Local Market Offers (LMO), she is an enthusiastic, and self-motivated developer who has eight-plus years of experience in the IT industry. she has graduated from the University of Salford in MNC management in England.
For Pragathi her company has acted as an umbrella wherever she went. Pragathi saw a hole in people's everyday life and she has sought to solve that problem with LMO.

LMO was created when pragathi’s co-founder, Lakshmi, and her family would travel a lot for work and would often face issues in different states due to various reasons, whether it be transportation or bookings; Lakshmi and her family were left confused from time to time.
This is when Laksmi spoke to Pragathi, Suman, and Priyanka, they four thought of an idea; they began wondering about an application where they could solve their problems in one place. They needed an app that would not only book hotels and restaurants for them but also an app that would call taxis and help them find their way around a place.
That is exactly what LMO does. It's a one-stop app for all your needs. As a customer, you can order, book, and ride by using the app. And as a seller, you can showcase your work and sell it on LMO.
Pragathi is a sorted and hardworking person who believes that leadership doesn't come from shouting or yelling, but in fact, comes to a person from within. She believes in encouraging her employees professionally and well as personally, she works with each employee personally and does her best to rectify any problems that may arise.
She doesn't force her employees to do work they are unfamiliar with rather she offers for them to learn it from another team member, in this way she has helped her employees grow as professionals.
Pragathi has a great bond with her entire team, this is what makes her such a successful entrepreneur, and what makes LMO a great and successful brand.
The four co-founders Laksmi, Pragathi, Suman, and Priyanka have supported each other from the start and have created everything together.
Pragathi’s biggest support has been her family. From her son getting up early in the mornings to help her cook and prepare for the day to her husband and family helping her with money when she needed it. Her son and husband would especially sit with her and tell her changes that would look good in the app. they would also give their suggestions and would do everything they could to make sure that his mom’s company becomes a success.
When Pragathi says that her family is her greatest support and strength she does not just mean her blood family, but also the little family she has made at LMO.
What started with a single friend, Lakshmi; turned into a tight-knit family of many women, who have encouraged and supported Pragathi and LMO through everything. Not only has the LMO team worked during the day but they have also sat with Pragathi till late at night completing inventories and whatnot.
Pragathi advises every single person to believe in themselves and think of the bigger picture. If a person does that and just works a little bit hard they can accomplish anything they set their mind to.
