Shivam’s Remarkable Path as He Transforms and Empowers Our Youth

In the vibrant city of Bangalore, there lives a passionate and determined entrepreneur named Shivam Sharma. Shivam has a background in engineering, having graduated from Bangalore University in 1995. He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by assembling computers and setting up local area networks (LAN). His technical skills and innovative mindset led him to develop software, and in 1999, he created his first product called NetOffice. This revolutionary software, similar to Google Office or MS Office for Intranets, gained tremendous success in India and the United States

However, the world changed dramatically after the tragic events of 9/11. The market took a significant hit, impacting Shivam's software business. Determined to adapt and find new opportunities, he made the difficult decision to sell his software business to Computer Point in 2002 and exited the IT scene. Undeterred by this setback, Shivam's entrepreneurial spirit burned brighter than ever.

In 2003, Shivam embarked on a new venture in the healthcare industry. Over the next ten years, he built and grew his healthcare company before eventually exiting in 2013. It was during this period that Shivam witnessed the significant gap in education, skilling, employment, and entrepreneurship. He recognized the immense potential in addressing this gap and saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

With the burning desire to transform lives through digital innovation, Shivam founded Trans Neuron Technologies in 2013. The name itself, "Trans Neuron," embodied his emotional attachment and passion for transforming neurons, the largest brain cells, to bring focus and growth to the lives of youth.

As a natural-born leader, Shivam embraced the challenges that came with his entrepreneurial journey. He understood that true leadership was not about dictating how things should be done but rather guiding and empowering his team to achieve their best. The freedom to fail and the power of starting from scratch fueled his drive for excellence. Shivam recognized the dedication and capabilities of his Trans Neuron family, and together, they thrived and created a dynamic work environment.

Throughout his journey, Shivam's family and friends stood by him as pillars of support. They understood the ups and downs of entrepreneurial life and never wavered in their encouragement. His wife, also an entrepreneur with two successful exits in her career, shared his vision and joined him in starting Trans Neuron, strengthening their bond both personally and professionally.

Reflecting on his journey, Shivam wished he could advise his younger self to learn from others but follow his path. He recognized that a strong mindset and the ability to make independent choices were key to success. He urged his younger self to be a product of his own choices, an ongoing experiment, and a work of art.
