Currently, there are 3 team members of ANSHAJ. Ashish is the founder, Rahul Sharma is the tech lead, and Rajat Kumar is the product owner.

It was a normal day, Ashish and his brother were talking about startup companies and the dos and don'ts associated with them. Suddenly, they had the brilliant idea to found a user-focused business with a great working environment.
This is it; following this conversation, with his brother's assistance, He joined many unregistered small firms, and the knowledge gained from those endeavours inspired him to create something beneficial for people and the environment.
After extensive research on the subject, he identified the issue at hand and eagerly set out on his quest to find a solution. And that's how ANSHAJ came into existence.

This incredible entrepreneur has learned a lot on this voyage, including how to understand others' perspectives and how to probe deeply into issues. Having patience is the most important lesson he has learned.
The fact that he is a part of this ecosystem and the people he has met along the way makes him appreciative. It has opened a door for networking, analysing issues from a wide range of perspectives and developing answers as a result of his journey.
This priceless experience undoubtedly assisted him in obtaining grant funding, which may have made things a little easier for him as he launched his business at the beginning of his career. The most painful aspect of starting a startup is having to let go of numerous possibilities and having the ability to stand as nothing to be something.
As we often say, everything is fair in love and war, and so too is this entrepreneurial journey's hardship. It's like a new day with fresh challenges and discoveries.
Meeting thoughtful individuals and having the ability to create solutions to challenges people encounter daily gives him the joy of doing something useful.
Ashish's goal is to prevent environmental contaminants from entering the ecosystem by limiting landfill and trash disposal. Because of this, Ashish and his team have developed technologies that will contribute to the planet's well-being.
ANSHAJ is assisting the community, by offering such electronic products that will enable the community to save money, time, and effort while also maintaining good hygiene and a healthy ecosystem.
Therefore, there is no doubt that this amazing start-up business will be noticed. Startup Himachal and Startup India both recognized ANSHAJ and its astonishing work.
Additionally, Anshaj Smart Bin, one of this startup company's top products, was highlighted in Maker Mela, Asia's biggest platform for makers.
The entire narrative has the appearance of a bright morning, but remember that night follows after each day. Similar to how Ashish did, he too had to overcome numerous difficulties to get to where he is now. But he was not alone.

This energetic businessman considers himself extremely fortunate to have a supportive family that never leaves him alone in any situation. In this adventure, his brother has been the best support he could ever ask for.
