This will be a 6-hour long session on July 28 which offers direct interaction with market expertise in hospitality, retail and the service sector. Within this, the conclave will focus on socially responsible marketing, marketing ecosystem, consumer insights and marketing in the online environment.

- Dr. Ajit Parulekar, director of GIM, is professor of marketing and health care management and has taught in various business schools. He will clarify the context of the entire topic of the conclave.
- Dr. Shantanu Prasad, associate professor at GIM, teaches and trains post grad students about marketing analytics and research. At the event, he will conduct a session on Marketing in an online environment.
