US YouTuber Muudea Sedik found dead at 23

Muudea Sedik, who was recognized as Twomad on YouTube, died at the age of 23 in California, United States. The creator was best known for making videos about gaming and community news. According to TMZ, emergency services discovered him unresponsive at his Los Angeles home on Tuesday after a welfare check was requested after the 23-year-old had gone silent for several days. Law enforcement did not reveal the cause of death but stated that it is being investigated as a possible drug overdose.


Mr Sedik has over 2 million followers on his social media accounts. He posted 156 videos to YouTube, the last of which received over 1 million views. His YouTube bio stated, "Working on my plan for global dominance." The YouTuber's death is being deferred due to no foul play, with TMZ reporting drug paraphernalia found in his home.

According to TMZ, his final video was a comedy sketch titled 'How I Became CEO of Radioshack' in 2022. However, in recent weeks, the YouTuber has caused concern among his fans by posting strange, one-time tweets and a slew of firearm-related photos. One of Mr Sedik's last tweets read: "Dying at 90?" It has been reported online that Mr Sedik, born in Winnipeg, Canada on December 17, 2000, is of Ethiopian descent. He gained popularity on YouTube in 2018 by sharing videos of himself reacting to video game streams and later shifted to comedic skits and vlogs. In 2019, he created the "Goodnight Girl" meme, where he spoke to the camera before falling out of view. This video went viral on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Additionally, he collaborated with Belle Delphine in June 2022.
