Usher is married! Yes, People reports that the 45-year-old Grammy-winning artist and his longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Goicoechea, 40, married in Las Vegas on February 11, where the singer performed at Super Bowl LVIII.
Usher, who is 45 years old, exchanged vows with his partner, Goicoechea, who is 40 years old, at the Terrace Gazebo in Vegas Weddings. The couple started dating in 2019 and now have two children together named Sovereign Bo (three) and Sire Castrello (two). Usher's mother, Jonetta Patton, was present at the wedding and served as the couple's witness, according to the official marriage certificate.
"We can confirm that Usher and Jennifer Goicoechea got married on Sunday night in Las Vegas, surrounded by close friends and family.
"They both look forward to continuing to raise their children together, surrounded by love, and thank everyone for their well wishes," a representative for the singer told People magazine.

As reported by Elle.com, Goicoechea was born and brought up in Miami. Following graduation, she attended Full Sail University in Winter Park to pursue recording arts. Barbara, her mother, held the position of director of operations at ACT Productions starting in 1988. Goicoechea apprenticed under her mother at the event and multimedia production company before later becoming Ciara's aide.
She relocated to California and established her management firm, Boogs'N'Effect Management. She went on to become Epic Records' senior vice president of A&R. Goicoechea was named to Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players lists in 2020 and 2021.
In a November 2023 interview with People, Usher revealed some rare details about his relationship.
"I have an amazing partner, a support system," he said about Goicoechea. "We have an amazing dynamic in our relationship where I'm able to be passionate still about what I do and have an incredible partner to work through some of the harder times as a young man dealing with children and dealing with the dynamic of how you communicate with them."
He spoke of Goicoechea as his closest friend, saying, "I'm very happy and fortunate to have an incredible friend, not just a partner. I love my best friend."
Usher previously married fashion designer Tameka Foster, with whom he has two sons: Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely. He was married to music industry executive Grace Harry from 2015 to 2018.
