Bollywood stars Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal celebrated their big day across Lucknow, Delhi, and Mumbai after two years of waiting and ten years of dating. While their spokesperson confirmed that they have been married for over 2.5 years in a formalized manner, they celebrated now after the pandemic is over in a grand ceremony.
The couple, who have been together for almost ten years, initially planned to get married in 2020 but decided to put it off because of the pandemic. Since Fazal lost his mother and grandfather during the first and second waves of the pandemic, these times were tragic for him. The Mehendi-cum-sangeet ceremony marked the beginning of the pre-wedding festivities. On Tuesday, October 4th, the couple exchanged wedding vows in Ali's hometown, Lucknow.

The lovebirds' wedding was a magnificent affair, and it was brilliantly executed. Everything was well coordinated, from the locations to the food to the designer attire. Due to Chaddha and Fazal's love of the outdoors, the decor for the sangeet and cocktails was an earthy palette, with natural colours and components like jute, wood, and flowers. The traditional wedding ceremony was held in a Nawabi style with some Lucknowi tradition.
The pair wore stunning garments by designers like Abu Jani, Sandeep Khosla, and Rahul Mishra throughout the events.
Regarding the menu, the Fukrey team brought in Chaddha's favourite cuisine from all over Delhi. From Natraj's chaat to Rajouri Garden's chholey bhature, they've gone above and beyond to ensure that the food curation is tailored to the last little detail. The pair hosted the reception in Mumbai tonight following their wedding in Lucknow.
Chadha and Fazal's relationship has always been public, and they shared everything with their supporters on social media. This celebration was much anticipated. We wish the couple a continuing Happy Marriage!
