Set during John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, the film follows Macarro's training at the Ruska Roma assassin academy. The trailer builds tension as Macarro navigates her dangerous path, leading to a confrontation with John Wick. The all-star cast includes Anjelica Huston, Norman Reedus, Gabriel Byrne, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Lance Reddick. Originally slated for a 2024 release, Ballerina has been pushed to June 6, 2025.
