The Enforcement department asked Vijay Deverkonda to appear before them in connection with the funds for his latest movie "Liger" where played the lead role. The actor appeared before the Enforcement department (ED) then the questioning went on for hours in Hyderabad.
Soon after he came back from his questioning when the media asked him questions regarding the situation or interrogation, he said “With How much all love you give me(fans), with that love come popularity. Due to that popularity comes a few problems and side effects and it is one of them. But it is an experience and it is life. and did my duty when I was called, I came and I answered all questions. And that is it I have".
And he also said he was called for clarification on this matter. When the media ask him if he will be called again for the interrogation he said "No".
The Enforcement Department had called Vijay Deverkonda regarding the foreign funds for his movie.
The liger movie starred Vijay Deverakonda, Ananya Pandey, Mike Tyson (American boxing legend), Ramya Krishna, and more (actress and actresses). It was a Bollywood debut movie of Vijay Deverakonda. The budget for this movie was around 100 crores. This movie was produced by Dharma production which belongs to Karan Johar. However, this movie did not do well at the box office.
