Death of Kamar de los Reyes

Kamar de los Reyes, a Puerto Rican actor, died on December 24 at the age of 56. He was best known for his role as police officer Antonio Vega in the soap opera ‘One Life to Live’. According to his wife's publicist, Lisa Goldberg, he passed away due to cancer.

Filming Projects

De los Reyes was reportedly filming for the show ‘All American’ when he died. He had also completed filming for the Hulu series ‘Washington Black’ and Marvel's upcoming ‘Daredevil’ series.

Nkechi Okoro Carroll, the executive producer and showrunner of ‘All American’, expressed her devastation at the loss of de los Reyes. She described him as a beloved member of the show's family who brought love, light, and joy to the set every day, even during his final days.
