Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad):
Earlier this year, IIM Ahmedabad announced the addition of 30 new scholarships for the Class of 2023-25. These scholarships, funded by the institute's alumni through the IIM A Endowment Fund, consist of 10 awards worth Rs 10 lakh each and 20 awards worth Rs 5 lakh each. These scholarships will be distributed over the student's first and second years of study.
Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) :
IIT Madras has recently announced a new scholarship for students in the BS in Data Science Applications program. This scholarship, in partnership with Cargill, a global food and agriculture corporation, will be given to deserving students based on their merit and financial need.
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) :
BHU has introduced four extra scholarships for students studying chemistry and law at the university. These new scholarships have been made possible by a generous donation of Rs 20 lakh received through the Pratidana initiative. Starting from the 2024-25 academic year, eligible recipients will be awarded these four scholarships.
Earlier this year, the university announced the introduction of two new scholarships for students studying MA in Hindi. These scholarships are given based on both merit and financial need, with one scholarship reserved for a male student and the other for a female student.
NIIT University :
NIIT University (NU) has recently announced new scholarships for students in their undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs for the academic year 2023. These scholarships are part of the Scholar Search Program and are available for various disciplines including BBA, MBA, BTech in CSE, ECE, DS, CyS, BT, and Integrated MSc in Computer Science.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham :
Earlier this year, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham introduced a unique program that provides a 20 per cent discount on the first-semester fee for female students who enrol in any of the online programs at Amrita AHEAD. Moreover, students in their last year can apply by submitting their most recent semester results.
Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) :
IIT Kanpur has recently launched a special scholarship program for the top 100 students who secured ranks in JEE Advanced across the country. This scholarship is designed specifically for outstanding performers and covers all their expenses, including tuition fees and living costs, during their time at IIT Kanpur.
