After witnessing the lack of educational opportunities for children in rural India, Sandra decided she could not just look away. She eventually settled on Sagar Island in West Bengal and founded the India School Project. Over the past 15 years, she has transformed the lives of countless local families. Today, her initiative provides free primary education, tuition support, and meals to around 150 children. Sandra gave up her luxurious life to build a future for children she had never met, finding true purpose in giving back.
