Which are the top 10 companies based on Employee satisfaction?

Recently, TIME announced the World's Best Companies of 2023. The ranking by Statista and TIME was based on a formula that included employee satisfaction surveys, revenue growth, and rigorous environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG, or sustainability) data. According to the rankings, the manufacturers and consumer goods companies that once dominated the world economy have been replaced by quick-moving tech and business services firms.

Global surveys with approximately 150,000 participants from 58 countries were used to assess employee satisfaction. The evaluation included both direct and indirect employer evaluations from verified employees. Based on the results of the survey, the following are the Top 10 Companies that have mastered the art of keeping their employees happy and satisfied:
