He selected the new CEO for the company, he announced. Sources said that the person might be Comcast NBCUniversal Executive Linda Yaccarino.
Elon Musk will soon be shifting to the post of Chief Technology Officer and will be handling the software and service team.
After buying Twitter for $44 billion, he has made many incredible changes to the company, from firing people to removing verification icons. Some of the plans were in his mind already and the appointment of the new CEO is one of them. He once said, "I will resign as CEO if I find someone foolish enough to grab this job."
But there has not been any kind of confirmation regarding the name of the CEO, people are eager to know that. Appointment of the new CEO will definitely make a big change in the company, regarding employees, policies, work culture, features etc.
