Asia's Richest Man Gautam Adani Regrets Not Completing His Education

Gautam Adani has expressed regret for not completing his education. He was ambitious and determined from a young age and had little interest in academics, so he dropped out of school as a teenager.

He later attended Gujarat University to study commerce, but dropped out after the second year. In a recent interview, he said that he regrets not completing his formal education as it would have helped him in his career.

Gautam Adani is an Indian businessman and the founder and chairman of the Adani Group, a multinational conglomerate involved in a range of industries including energy, resources, logistics, and infrastructure.

Adani was born in 1962 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He started his career as a diamond sorter and later entered the commodities trading business.

In 1988, he founded the Adani Group, which has since grown into a multinational corporation with operations in more than 50 countries.

One of the most controversial projects associated with Adani is the proposed Carmichael coal mine in Queensland, Australia, which has faced opposition from environmental groups and indigenous communities due to concerns about its potential impact on the Great Barrier Reef and climate change.

In addition to his business activities, Adani is also involved in philanthropy and has supported a number of charitable causes through the Adani Foundation.

Adani is a strong supporter of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in India and has been described as having close ties to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
