Hyundai introduced the 2024 iteration of its popular SUV, the Creta, in India in January 2024. Following this, approximately two months later, the company unveiled the premium N Line variant of the SUV. The Hyundai Creta N Line showcases a refreshed design and enhanced interiors, presenting a more athletic appearance compared to the standard Creta.
Price and Variants
The Hyundai Creta N Line is available in four variants. The manual variant of the Creta N Line N8 is priced at ₹16.82 lakh ex-showroom, while the automatic variant costs ₹18.32 lakh. The Creta N Line N10 comes in at ₹19.34 lakh for the manual variant and ₹20.30 lakh for the automatic variant.
Design
Featuring a redesigned sleek rectangular grille at the front, the Hyundai Creta N Line boasts a new bumper with a boldly styled skid plate adorned with red inserts. The vehicle is further characterized by red front and rear brake calipers and door sills. The redesigned bumper includes dual exhaust tips, while the connected LED tail lamp from the standard variant is retained.
The N Line Signature
This marks the third Hyundai model to receive the N Line treatment, following the i20 and the Venue. Renowned for their styling and performance enhancements, the N Line models incorporate sporty design elements and increased power. In the mid-size SUV segment, the Hyundai Creta N Line competes with rivals such as the Skoda Kushaq, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, MG Astor, and others.
Engine and Performance
Equipped with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine delivering 160 PS power and 253 Nm of peak torque, the Hyundai Creta N Line offers performance excellence. The engine pairs with either a 6-speed MT or a 7-speed DCT option.
Interiors
Hyundai has revamped the interiors of the Creta N Line while maintaining the layout of the standard variant. The N Line variant features a black dashboard with red stitching and highlights, providing a distinctive appearance. Noteworthy additions include a bespoke three-spoke steering wheel, N badging on the steering wheel, seat covers, and the gear knob.

The Hyundai Creta N Line offers a range of features, including a panoramic sunroof, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, and more.
Safety
Concerning safety, the Hyundai Creta N Line is equipped with six airbags, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), front and rear parking sensors, ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and Electronic Stability Control.

Entering a competitive mid-size SUV market, the Hyundai Creta N Line faces strong competition. Nevertheless, the overall outlook for the automotive industry in 2024 remains positive.
