Maybe flying cars and jetpacks will be the hallmarks of futuristic cities in the future. In 2023, massive underwater bicycle parking garages like the one that just opened at Amsterdam's Central Station will be the hallmarks of futuristic cities.  It will never accept a single automobile. This is because it is only for bicycles, up to 7,000 of them.

The construction has space for 6,300 individual bikes and 700 something else for bike shares to work with the first or last mile of rail ventures. 
At the point when a subsequent garage opens in February, the limit will ascend to 11,000 bikes. The four-year, $65 million project, is open now and can fit up to 7,000 bikes, making it the biggest of its sort on the planet. The Verge reports that parking costs approximately $1.46 per day after the first 24 hours.

The Netherlands is seeing an increasing number of massive bike parking garages, particularly in close proximity to transit stations. The largest, which can accommodate 12,000 bikes, is in Utrecht, the fourth-largest city in the nation. All of this is part of an effort to cut down on car use by strengthening seamless connections between infrastructure for cycling and rail transit. Increased cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength, decreased stress, improved posture and coordination, and decreased body fat are just a few of the health benefits of cycling. It can also help prevent depression, arthritis, heart attacks, and strokes, as well as some cancers.

The cycling revolution will assist to reduce traffic and congestion issues in urban areas as more people join the movement since bicycles take up less space.
