Microsoft has updated its widely used Edge browser, which runs on Chromium, with a new feature called "Review Summaries." The new AI-powered tool has the ability to automatically create summaries of product reviews for specific online products.
Microsoft recently released a blog post stating that Edge users may now ask the AI-powered chatbot to provide an overview of user opinions about a certain product by clicking on the Copilot icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. Although its accuracy may not always be reliable, it can save users time by providing a summary of the benefits and drawbacks of a product they are considering purchasing.

Microsoft also announced that the "Edge Secure Network," which was previously only accessible to members of the Edge Insiders Programme, is now open to all users. In summary, Edge Secure Network uses a VPN to stop nefarious parties from finding out private information that users submit on forms and during online transactions.
The business is also adding Copilot to Microsoft Shopping, a function that works similarly to Google Lens in that it allows customers to search for specific products using photographs or find ideas for gifts.
Anyone can use any desktop browser to access the new AI-powered purchasing function, but Edge offers the optimal user experience, according to the tech giant. Microsoft also stated that it would be adding support for mobile browsers soon, but it provided no other information.
