Domino's Pizza, a famous food retail brand, has come up with a new feature on its app. Deliveries will be more easy for users thanks to the service, called Domino's Pinpoint Delivery. Customers will be able to get deliveries almost anywhere, including public areas like parks, sports fields, and beaches as well. Only users in the US will have access to the newest features. The company did not explicitly mention whether it intended to expand this service to further markets.
Customers can use Domino's Pinpoint Delivery service if they have the app. Users of this service can order pizza to be delivered "virtually anywhere" by dropping a pin on the map.Customers can pick up their orders without a usual address at any provided hyper-local spots with Domino's Pinpoint Delivery. And will be able to use Domino's Tracker to track their orders, watch the GPS location of their driver, it will display an anticipated arrival time, and receive SMS notifications about their deliveries in this newest feature. Customers can use a visual signal on their phone to help the delivery executive spot them when they arrive at the pickup location. Domino's will also notify customers when their delivery executive arrives at the location. Additionally, Domino's says that it is the first quick-service restaurant chain in the US to offer consumers food delivery at the drop of a hat."We're always striving to make customers' experiences even better and more convenient, and Domino's Pinpoint Delivery does exactly that", Domino's senior VP and chief digital officer, Christopher Thomas-Moore, said in a statement.
