Apple recently revealed plans to release Apple audio Classical, a brand-new audio app that will only feature classical music. This app is the result of Apple's 2021 purchase of Primephonic, a streaming service for classical music.

The app was originally scheduled to launch in late 2022, but that date has been pushed back to March 28. Through the new app, subscribers to Apple Music or Apple One will have access to the biggest collection of classical music in the world.

Apple Music Classical makes it easy to find any recording in the world's largest classical music catalog with a fully customizable search, and audiences can enjoy the highest audio quality available, and many more in a whole new way with immersive spatial audio experience classic favourites," the iPhone maker said.
