Virat Kohli recalls his bad spell in cricket ,admits  he wasn't fair to his wife

 

Recently, Virat Kohli talked about his bad times in cricket and said that he didn't treat his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, well when he was down. Virat Kohli admitted that he had been unfair to his wife, Anushka Sharma, and his loved ones during an interview with bcci.tv. 

 

He also talked about his bad run in cricket. He admitted that he was unable to maintain his energy levels because of the frustrations that were slowly creeping into his life. Consequently, his relationships were deteriorating. 

 

"In my case, in denial, frustration was beginning to creep in," he stated. "In my space, I was extremely irritable and snappy. It was unfair to my close friends and family, including Anushka (Sharma). As a result, I had to accept responsibility and try to see the big picture.

"I was far away from my cricket," he added. My desires and attachments had completely taken over. That's when I realized I can't be anywhere else. I must be honest with myself. I have to accept it, even when I'm weak, playing poorly, or being the worst player around. I can't ignore it."
