The Narendra Modi Stadium, which hosted the IPL 2023 Final and the ICC World Cup Final, is not only India's largest stadium but also one of the biggest in the world, with a staggering 132,000 capacity.
The ground, which currently hosts one-time IPL winners Gujarat Titans (GT), hosted the 2022 IPL final between GT and Rajasthan Royals (RR), with the home team winning by seven wickets and collecting the title in their inaugural season in the competition.
The arena hosted the 2023 IPL final, although GT was unable to defend their title as the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) claimed their fifth IPL championship.
The Narendra Modi Stadium has held 31 IPL matches to date. There have been 14 victories for the team batting first and 17 victories for the chasing team (the 2015 match between Rajasthan and Punjab ended in a draw, although the latter, who batted second, won the Super Over).
