Himani Prabha is a professional player of the sport Mallakhamb and hails from the city of Mumbai. She is the top player in the sport, Mallakhamb from India, and now she is an Arjuna Award winner. The amazing part about this is that this is the first sportsperson to be presented with this award.
She is also popularly known for winning multiple medals in the World Mallakhamb Championship, which took place in Mumbai in 2019. She was also a part of the India team at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which demonstrated this sport to the world. She got selected to represent India in 2020 after showing her prime performances in the years 2018–2019. She is also a winner of Maharashtra's highest sports award, the Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Award. Now having the Arjuna Award in her hands, she will become one of the most decorated athletes in the land of India.
