Erling Haaland Eats Cow's Heart and Liver to Stay as fit as he is

Haaland is pure power on the field and by watching his new documentary, we are almost sure the reason is his diet. The Norwegian is crushing every competition he enters. In just 13 games, Manchester City has scored 20 goals. Every time Erling Haaland enters a soccer field, he does moves that seem miraculous. The 22-year-old Norwegian forward, who scored five goals in the Champions League and fifteen goals in the Premier League, credits his 6,000-calorie diet for helping him maintain his newfound health.

In his documentary called "Haaland: The Big Decision," which recounts the events leading up to his move from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City, the striker himself discusses the methods he uses to continue setting records. The documentary follows Haaland from his very unusual and carnivore diet to his morning routine.

Although Haaland's confessions are brief, they nonetheless demonstrate his dedication to caring for his physique. But the diet he follows, which includes cow's liver and heart, is the most fascinating detail from the documentary, at least in terms of his everyday activities. The famous Norwegian acknowledged that as soon as he wakes up, he immediately gets some daylight for his eyes. It is beneficial for circadian rhythm, he claims. Also, he uses an intricate filter system for drinking water. He also enjoys taking ice baths and wears blue-light-blocking glasses to help him sleep better.

Haaland claims that through gaining weight, he has undergone a dramatic physical transformation. "I've grown into a real man. I've gotten quicker. One of the most crucial aspects would be that. I went from 86 kilograms to 94 kilograms, but the reason is not a beer belly; it is because of my gross muscle mass. I am very careful about what I eat," he stated in an interview with the Spanish website TalkSport.

Although some people may find his diet strange, it has been helping him in his game. Manchester City's happy, fans are happy - well, who's complaining?! Perhaps the animals, but then, who's paying attention to that when millions of dollars are at stake.
