India's First private sector rocket Vikram-S all set to launch

India is making its way to the sky!

Space technology company Skyroot Aerospace has developed a rocket scheduled for launch between 12 and 16 November 2022. This is a Hyderabad-based space tech company. And it is all set to create history by launching a privately developed rocket into space.

Launch of Prarambh the first Indian private sector rocket launch mission

Vikram-S is the name given to this rocket. Vikram- S stands for the Founder of the Indian Space Research Organisation founder, Shri Vikram Sarabhai. In this wonderful way, they say they are honouring the space stalwart of India.

The development and construction of India's nuclear power plants were largely monitored by Sarabhai. India has made great strides in science and space thanks to his efforts and for that, he is fondly known as the father of the Indian Space Program.

The first mission, "Prarambh," will be launched by Skyroot Aeronautics in a rocket called Vikram-S. They are all set to launch a test flight of the Vikram-S launch vehicle into orbit.  The launch is a very special moment for every Indian because up to now all launches have been performed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). And this is the first time a private company will launch an indigenously developed rocket into space.

The Vikram-S rocket will launch from the Sriharikota launchpad of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) with three customer payloads on board. In the history of space rocket launches, this is the first launch attended by any private company.

This exciting news was tweeted to the entire world by Skyroot Aerospace. This first launch mission, which has a launch window between November 12 and 16, 2022, is the first for the Indian private sector, according to their quote. As they continued, they also expressed gratitude to INSPACeIND for all of the support and the ISRO Charmain for revealing their mission patch.

Vikram S launch

The Chief Operating Officer of Skyroot Aerospace, Naga Bharath Daka, described the Vikram-S rocket as a single-stage sub-orbital launch vehicle that would be able to carry three customer payloads and help test and validate most of the technologies in the Vikram series of space launch vehicles.

Small satellites are intended to be launched into space using standard space launch vehicles from the Vikram series. More than 20,000 tiny satellites are predicted to be launched into orbit in the upcoming years if the Prarambh mission proves successful.

Skyroot Aerospace aims to integrate space into some aspects of our lives. They want to allow every person access to space. They can transform humanity in new and unexpected ways in this way.

Being a part of the "Prarambh" mission will make every Indian feel proud. Skyroot Aerospace has unquestionably changed the relationship between daydreaming and actualizing your aspirations. They inspire all those who desired change.

Set the date for "Prarambh" as the sky is not the limit, it’s just the beginning!
