We sit on a window side train seat and think about life, isn't it?

When we ride on a train, we experience a sense of peace as we have nothing else to do but sit and wait to reach our destination. This feeling of tranquility is shared by everyone on the train, creating a relaxing atmosphere. As we look out of the window, our minds begin to drift, and we start to imagine and visualize, taking a break from our busy lives. On the train, there is nothing holding us back, and we can let our minds wander. The lack of control over the situation allows us to relax, which is why we start to think about the world around us.

As we get closer to our destination, our worries and problems start to resurface, reminding us of our daily tasks. However, while we are on the train, we are already moving towards our next destination, and there is nothing else we can do but relax. We are in a state of forced flow, similar to the state of mind that meditation aims to achieve. By leaving our problems behind for a little while, we can reflect on what truly matters in our lives.

This feeling of peace and clarity is not exclusive to train rides. We can also experience it during a long bath or shower, while driving the same route to work every day, or even while out for a run. In all of these instances, we are already doing what we need to do, and our minds can wander freely.

By allowing ourselves to mentally arrive in a place where we have nothing else to do, we can achieve a state of flow that helps us think more clearly. Taking time to let our minds wander every day can help us find answers to the questions that have been occupying our minds.
