Twitter shuts 2 of its 3 offices in India
Two of Twitter's three offices in India have been closed. According to a Bloomberg report, it has instructed its employees to work from home, highlighting Elon Musk's goal of cutting costs and returning the struggling social media service to profit.
At the end of last year, Twitter laid off more than 90% of its roughly 200 employees in India. According to sources familiar with the situation, it also shut down its offices in New Delhi and Mumbai. It stated that Twitter continues to operate a Bengaluru office that primarily houses engineers.
