Aviation Majors Boeing and Airbus Hiring Skilled Talent in India

Boeing and Airbus Boost Recruitment of Skilled Individuals in India with aircraft makers facing record orders as travel once again increases, India is a great source of talent. In order to keep up with a surge in aircraft demand and increase their manufacturing foothold in the fifth-largest economy in the world, Boeing Co. and Airbus SE are increasingly seeking India for highly skilled, relatively affordable engineers.

Out of the 13,000 positions, worldwide this year, 1,000 will be from India. Salil Gupte, the head of Boeing India, told Bloomberg News in an interview that the company and its suppliers, which already employ roughly 18,000 individuals across the nation, have been adding 1,500 new employees each year.

Gupte added by saying “India has Boeing's second-biggest workforce worldwide.”
