Gautam Adani's AMG Media Networks has recently purchased a 49% stake in Quintillion Business Media Pvt Ltd for approximately INR 48 crores, as per a stock exchange filing by Adani Enterprises Ltd. This move follows an earlier communication from May 13, 2022, in which the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement between AMNL, QML, QBML, and QDML was announced. Quintillion Business Media operates the digital news platform Bloomberg Quint, now known as BQ Prime. AMG Media Networks was established by the Adani Group to expand its presence in various media networks such as publishing, advertising, broadcasting, and content distribution.
