Both sides started releasing hostages
In the most recent phase of a four-day cease-fire, 39 Palestinian captives freed by Israel arrived in West Bank town in a Red Cross bus, while Hamas terrorists freed 17 hostages—13 of whom were Israelis—from their captivity in the Gaza Strip.
The second round of swaps is now complete. According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, Israeli raids in the West Bank continued overnight, killing two Palestinians early today. Since last night, there have reportedly been eight Palestinian deaths reported.
The second round of hostage releases was postponed until Israel committed to allow relief trucks to enter northern Gaza, according to a statement made on Saturday by the armed wing of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.

Around 200 aid trucks were dispatched to Gaza
According to the UN, 61 trucks loaded with food, water, and medical supplies have arrived in northern Gaza as the fight has stopped to allow aid to reach the troubled coastal region.
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) announced in a statement that 200 more trucks had been sent from Nitzana, Israel to the Gaza Strip and that 187 of them had crossed the border prior to it.

The Al-Shifa hospital, at the centre of intense fighting in recent days, received eleven ambulances, three coaches, and a flatbed "to assist with evacuations," according to the statement.
Thanking the Palestinian and Egyptian Red Crescent groups, it added, "The longer the pause lasts, the more aid humanitarian agencies will be able to send in and across Gaza.”
The UN said that 137 trucks delivered aid to Gaza the day before when Israel and Hamas declared a brief truce to enable the hostage and prisoner exchange.
