After many discussions, protests, and rallies Germany has finally legalized marijuana. The German government has called this “controlled legalization”
Under this new law adults in Germany are allowed to buy about 25 grams of marijuana a day and a total of 500 grams a month.
This new law also comes with strict rules for growing weed. Under this law cannabis clubs which have 500 associates are required to have bulgur-proof glass and precautions taken.
Apart from this the new law strictly prohibits smoking marijuana in the presence of schools, nurseries, playgrounds or sports grounds.
