Donald Trump faces second indictment, 100 years in jail

The former US president is charged with a 2nd indictment, which if convicted would lead him to be behind the bars for 100 years. This case is about the alleged retainment of the important files and documents about the nuclear arsenal, and defense capabilities, which also comprises some secret documents about the Intelligence bureau.

There had been proofs, of his former navy side aide, Mr. Walt Nauta, moving boxes in the Mar-a lago, Palm Beach resort in Florida, owned by Donal Trump organization. This has ultimately made Nauta a central suspicion involved in thwarting the files to Donald Trump illegally. The information that Trump retained illegally, comprises information about the country Iran, hence the Chairman of Joint Chiefs, Mark Milley speculated that it could be a plan to attack Iran. This reflection by the military personnel was however disputed by Donald Trump.

This is the first time in history, a former US President had been charged in a federal case against. Trump was summoned to be present at the Federal court in Miami, at 3pm on 13th June 2023. If proven convicted for the 7 charges that has been filed against the former US President, the 76 year old Doanld Trump will face over a 100 years imprisonment. Walt Nauta, who has been alleged to be involved in all these moves of Trump, will eventually face an imprisonment for 20 years, according to the jurisdiction.
