Raghvendra Singh, a champion of traffic and road safety, intercepted a motorcyclist exceeding the speed limit of 100 kilometers per hour on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. Singh, who is widely known as the 'Helmet Man of India', approached the rider in his car and offered him a helmet, while also emphasizing the importance of driving safely. Singh's campaign to raise awareness about helmet use while riding a bike has earned him considerable fame on the internet.
A video of the encounter has since gone viral, featuring Singh wearing a helmet while driving his car and signaling the rider, who was not wearing one. Singh explained to the rider that he had been pursuing him for some time due to his failure to wear a helmet. Upon stopping, Singh gave the rider a helmet free of charge and advised him to wear it every time he rides a bike. The rider expressed his gratitude to Singh for his generosity and concern for his safety.
