Anjlin Sahni, sharing her experience on Twitter under the handle @AnjLinSahni, expressed her frustration, stating, "Horrible mismanagement at Singapore airport! Flight 6E 1006 from Singapore to Bengaluru was in the air for 1.5 hours, only to land back in Singapore due to mixed up baggage from different flights. Passengers on an early morning flight, already sleep-deprived, are being subjected to unnecessary stress."

Another 'Forgetting' incident by indigo
Another recent incident that again involved IndiGo's mishap where an elderly couple, one of whom was in a wheelchair, was reportedly left waiting at an airport in Istanbul for over 24 hours after the airline failed to connect them to their flight to India.
The couple had initially booked a ticket with IndiGo for the London-Istanbul leg, which was to be followed by their journey to Mumbai with Turkish Airlines. Subsequently, they had to take a flight to Mumbai the following day after enduring a 24-hour wait at the Istanbul terminal.
Even after being the Major player in the Indian aviation industry, operating nearly 2,000 daily flights, making it the largest domestic airline in India and holding a significant share of passenger traffic to and from India, many issues are being detected in the operational and management system of Indigo
