If you are a frequent traveller or going on a train journey soon, you can simply order fresh and hygienic food on the train without worrying about food availability on your way.
The passenger can order food online while travelling, here are the steps:
- Visit ecatering.irctc.co.in
- Enter the 10-digit PNR (passenger name record) number
- The passenger has to choose his/her station (The station will be displayed in the drop-down menu)
- Following this, a new page with the vendor menu will open (Including food prices)
- From the menu, the passenger can choose the vendor and the food item
- Then, the passenger has to select the mode of payment
- Pay securely using any of the payment modes, the order will be confirmed
- The food you ordered will be delivered to your seat at your preferred station.
