Cops Crushed Newborn Baby Under Boots During a Jharkhand Raid

Following the death of an infant who was allegedly crushed by police boots during a raid in Jharkhand's Giridih district, an FIR has been filed against six cops, and five of them have been suspended, an official said on Thursday.

According to him, the FIR was filed after the postmortem report revealed a "rupture of the spleen" in the case of the four-day-old baby. Five of the six policemen have been suspended, according to the police official. "An FIR has been filed against six policemen in the case, including two officers, Sangam Pathak, and S K Mandal," the policeman stated.
In the early hours of Wednesday, police officers went to a house in the Koshodinghi village under the Deori police station to make two arrests.
