From June 1 to June 3, in Raigarh, the Chhattisgarh government is hosting a three-day national Ramayana festival. A special presentation of dance drama on Prabhu's Aranya Kand as well as the recital of the Hanuman Chalisa and Kelo Maha Aarti will be among the performances by Indian and international artists. As Lord Shri Ram's Nanihal, Chhattisgarh has a unique character. As such, the state government is attempting to preserve the memory of Lord Shri Ram's exile period along the 2260-kilometre Ram Van Gaman Path that runs from Sitamarhi-Harchauka to Sukma's Ramaram in the state's Korea district.
This initiative would encourage spiritual journeys around the globe and give people in the holy state of Chhattisgarh who are still uninformed of Lord Shri Ram's memory a chance to learn about their cultural history. 75 locations connected to Lord Shri Ram's exile are being developed as tourist destinations by the Chhattisgarh government.
The two significant religious pilgrimage sites associated with Lord Ram, Chandkhuri and Shivrinarayan, have been decorated while also receiving basic tourism infrastructure. Both the region's tourism infrastructure and the aesthetics of the temples are being improved in Rajim. His life is reflected in the epic Ramayana and the Shri Ramcharitmanas by Maharishi Tulsidas ji. The ultimate representation of dignity and morality is accorded to Lord Shri Ram, a folk hero who is venerated all across the world.
"Our Ram is an inclusive Ram," said Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, "who is created in our veins, resides in every heartbeat, and is with us in every happiness and sorrow." The state government has been holding the world's only Mata Kaushalya Temple's great Kaushalya Mahotsav each year in Chandkhuri, Chhattisgarh.
