A 4.0 magnitude earthquake shook Assam's Nagaon on Sunday evening, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS). The tremor occurred at 4:18 PM IST, and the seismic activity was reported by the NCS.
The quake was felt in nearby villages, causing panic among the locals. Fortunately, no injuries or damage to properties have been reported so far.
