In the hope of finding a wife, 200 single men will embark on a 120-kilometer padayatra to Male Mahadeshwara Hills Temple.
This one-of-a-kind padayatra will begin on February 23 at KM Doddi village in Maddur taluka. Over the course of three days, the men will walk 105 km to reach MM Hills on February 25.
Over 200 unmarried men have signed up for the "Brahmacharigala Padayatra" (bachelors' march), and many of them are also participating in this strenuous walk to find "mental peace."
