Anjalli's journey to becoming the founder of Maxima Steel Services began in the small city of Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. From a young age, she was determined to break free from the gender biases and societal expectations placed upon her. Despite facing challenges and obstacles, Anjalli pursued her education with dedication and ambition.
In a society where women were expected to finish their studies at a young age and get married, Anjalli pushed herself to pursue higher education. She earned a degree in Bachelor of Computer Applications from Vedic University and went on to pursue an MBA in marketing and Human Resources. Her education was not easy, as she had to overcome societal pressures and her family's traditional views.
Anjalli's thirst for knowledge and her desire to learn about the world around her led her to read about industrial development in India and across the globe. She was particularly inspired by the success stories of Mr. Jindal, Mr. Ambani, Mr. Mittal, and respected Mr. Ratan Tata, and their views on the future of the steel industry. Drawing from their insights, Anjalli created a business model that would later become the foundation of Maxima Steel Services.
Anjalli's journey to becoming a founder began when she joined a factory called Bhandari Foils and Tubes Ltd, which manufactured pipes and tubes. Working at the factory, she learned technical aspects about the products and gained valuable experience. Using the knowledge she gained from working at the factory, Anjali created a business model that focused on creating an interface between buyers and suppliers who required steel.
Maxima Steel Services, Anjalli's startup, has now been in operation for 10 years and has achieved significant success. The company's focus is on the steel industry, and all engineering companies are its clients. Anjalli's clients include some of the most prestigious names in the industry, including Reliance Industries, Larsen and Toubro, and others.
Despite the many challenges and obstacles she faced, Anjalli persevered and achieved her dream to serve the steel industry. Her strength, self-motivation, and respect for timing helped her overcome her weaknesses, which included being over-occupied with data collection. Anjalli's family has been a great support system for her, with her husband and daughter providing her with the support and encouragement she needed to start her company.
Anjalli has learned many valuable lessons on her journey to becoming a founder. She believes that following the three E's - Envision, Exploration, and Execution - is key to success. Additionally, she advises aspiring entrepreneurs to adopt the IDEA approach - Innovation, Dreamer, Execution, and Analyse - when starting and working on their businesses.
For Anjalli, spirituality and balance are essential to success. She advises entrepreneurs to cultivate interpersonal skills and be spiritual, meaning they should strive for balance in mind, body, and soul. She also recommends avoiding anger and restlessness, practicing patience, and having gratitude for whatever they have, as these are all essential for happiness and success.
Through Maxima Steel Services, Anjalli has achieved her dream of traveling the world and learning about different cultures. She has supplied her products to the best companies in the industry, gaining encouragement and support from her prestigious clients. Her journey has been a testament to the fact that with determination, perseverance, and the right mindset, anything is possible.
