The Khukuri Dance is a ceremonial display performed by Gurkha soldiers, showcased on various occasions such as ceremonial parades, cultural events, and notably during performances by the Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas. Vicky Kaushal recently attempted the dance alongside Gurkha soldiers on stage, sharing the video on Instagram. In the footage, Vicky is seen matching his steps with theirs while holding the Khukhri. He expressed his gratitude in the post, saying,
“The privilege of holding their Khukuri. The pleasure of matching their steps. Proud and blessed to have performed the Khukuri dance with the Gorkhas today!”
