Singer Vaibhav Gupta from Kanpur won "Indian Idol 14" and got a brand new car and a Rs 25 lakh prize. Vaibhav competed against talented singers Shubhadeep Das Chowdhury, Piyush Panwar, and Ananya Pal in the excitement-filled big finale episode that aired on March 3.
As first and second runners-up, Shubhadeep Das Chowdhury and Piyush Panwar were given a medal and a Rs 5 lakh cheque, respectively. Ananya Pal got a cheque for 3 lakh rupees as the third-patron winner.
Vaibhav received praise from both viewers and judges for his powerful acts during the competition. He showed his appreciation after winning the coveted "Indian Idol 14" trophy. "Winning 'Indian Idol 14' feels unbelievable,"
he said. "This journey has been an exhilarating roller coaster of feelings, challenges, and unforgettable moments."
Shreya Ghoshal, the show's judge, praised Vaibhav's versatility and consistency in his performances. Saying, "Vaibhav's journey on the show has been amazing, consistent, and motivating," I wish him the best and hope he achieves his goals.
