The first look for Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming film Animal, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna, has been released.
On the special occasion of the new year, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga posted the poster on his Twitter handle, which features Ranbir in a rough look.
The actor can be seen holding an axe coated in blood between his arms and wearing a white shirt that has been stained by blood.
The rugged appearance of the actor in the poster suggests that the upcoming movie will feature Ranbir in a never-before-seen costume.
The filmmakers have also announced the release date of the film, which is August 11, 2023.
By sharing the poster, Sandeep Reddy Vanga wrote, "Presenting you the first look of ANIMAL. and also The post began, "HAPPY NEW YEAR PEOPLE," and was followed by a smiling face emoticon.
Ranbir Kapoor made his acting debut in 2007 with the film Saawariya and has since starred in a number of successful films, including Wake Up Sid, Rockstar, Barfi!, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and Sanju.
Kapoor has received several awards for his performances, including six Filmfare Awards.
Some of his other notable films include Anjaana Anjaani, Bombay Velvet, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, and Brahmastra. Kapoor is considered one of the leading actors in the Indian film industry and is known for his versatility and range as an actor.
