Steve Jyrwa Wins India’s Best Dancer Season 4, Takes Home Rs 15 Lakh and a Brand-New Car

After a thrilling three-month competition, Steve Jyrwa from Shillong has clinched the coveted title of India’s Best Dancer Season 4. The grand finale, held recently, saw him emerge victorious over strong contenders like Harsh Keshri, Nextion, Nepo, Akanksha Mishra (Akina), and Aditya Malviya.

A Well-Deserved Victory

For his exceptional talent and dedication, Steve was awarded a cash prize of Rs 15 lakh, a car, and the prestigious trophy. His choreographer, Raktim Thakuria, was also recognized with a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh.

New judge Karisma Kapoor lauded Steve’s journey, saying, “From his initial performance, Steve captivated us with his incredible talent and lightning-fast footwork. His electrifying performances set a new benchmark on this stage. Though the decision was tough, his win is absolutely deserved, and we are immensely proud of his achievement.”

A Dream Come True for Steve

Expressing his gratitude, Steve said, “This journey, filled with challenges, has been incredibly rewarding. I extend my heartfelt thanks to my choreographer, Raktim Thakuria, and everyone who supported me. This victory isn’t just mine, it’s for all those who believed in me.”

Grand Finale Highlights

The grand finale episode featured special appearances by judges Remo D’Souza and Malaika Arora, who will be part of the upcoming show, IBD vs SD: Champions Ka Tashan. The new show, starting November 16, will also feature Geeta Kapur and other guest appearances, including actors Urvashi Rautela, Manisha Rani, and singer Shael Oswal.

Steve’s triumph is particularly inspiring as he overcame numerous personal challenges. As a child, he struggled with walking, and his family initially opposed his passion for dance. This victory serves as proof that dance can conquer all obstacles, silencing doubts and proving the power of perseverance.

Following his stellar performance in the finale, Steve revealed that Remo D’Souza has offered him a role in a film. While official details are yet to be confirmed, he hinted at his participation in India’s Best Dancer vs Super Dancer: Champions Ka Tashan, which premieres on November 16.
