Sitcom 'Young Sheldon' to bid farewell after 7-seasons journey on CBS

Get ready to bid adieu to 'Young Sheldon' as Season 7 marks the end of this 'Big Bang Theory' prequel journey on CBS.

Returning on Feb. 15 and concluding with a one-hour finale on May 16, the season will be shorter due to Hollywood's recent strikes halting productions for almost half a year.

CBS Entertainment's president, Amy Reisenbach, praised the show's remarkable cast and heartfelt storytelling that made lightning strike twice.

Expressing gratitude to the producers and teams for six fantastic seasons, she anticipates a fitting send-off with the best episodes yet.

They express gratitude to the fans and eagerly await sharing this final season.

Iain Armitage leads the cast as Sheldon, with Zoe Perry, Lance Barber, Annie Potts, Montana Jordan, and Raegan Revord bringing the Cooper family to life.

Lorre and Molaro, along with Holland, Bakay, Parsons, and Spiewak, steer the production as executive producers, with Chuck Lorre Productions in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television.
