As the World Test Championship 2023, is in full swing against Australia, the internet has taken a hilarious toll on Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor. On day 4 of the WTC finals 2023, Indian opener Shubman Gill's controversial dismissal has become the talk of the town and is widely spoken in social media platforms.
Indian team skipper, Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill were partnering in the stride, when an outside edge hit by Gill, was caught by the fielder Cameron Green. Green caught the ball in two of his fingers and dived towards his left due to the ball's momentum. This was seen as if the ball had slightly touched the grass, but waiting for the thief umpire’s call.
However, the 3rd umpire ruled out the decision in favour of the fielder. The Indian batsmen including the other teammates were visibly upset with the 3rd umpire's review.
