Kartik Aaryan has rented Shahid Kapoor's sea-facing home in Juhu for ₹7.5 lahks per month. The apartment is spread over 3,681 sq ft on the ground floor and basement with two parking spaces and has a beautiful sea-facing view. The lease terms indicate a 7% escalation in rent every year. Kartik has also paid ₹45 lakhs as a security deposit.

The sea-facing penthouse apartment has some of the best views of Mumbai's Juhu beach and overlooks the beach. It is decorated in neutral tones and surrounded by greenery. Before he married Mira and gave birth to their daughter Misha Kapoor, it is said that Shahid bought the property in 2014.
Shahid and Mira moved into their 8,625-square-foot duplex in the south wing of Three Sixty West in Prabhadevi in September of last year. They paid 55.60 crore rupees for the property. In the meantime, Kartik Aaryan lived in Versova in an apartment that he reportedly purchased in 2019 for 1.60 crore rupees before renting Shahid's Juhu property.
