Divita Rai is a 25-year-old model from Mangaluru, Karnataka. She graduated from the Sir JJ College of Architecture in Mumbai. She was crowned Miss Diva Universe 2022 in August last year.
She is an outspoken advocate of the LGBTQ+ community. She strives to make education more accessible to children, especially girls. She participated in the Karnataka state competition for Femina Miss India 2019.
She acquired the titles of Miss IQ, Miss Lifestyle and Miss Sudoku at the Miss Diva 2021 competition. She is an active badminton and basketball player. She was dressed in a blingy golden lehenga and pink bikini with a cape for the national costume and swimsuit rounds of the pageant.
She competes against 85 contestants from various countries for the Miss Universe title.
